Absolutely Life Changing!
I loved this book and keep going back to it. This book literally changed my life. I am now using it to help others along with the workbook that goes with this book. This book transformed my life
This book honestly saved me thousands of dollars in therapy bills. Turns out, majority of my issues stem from a lack of boundaries. Nedra’s practical advice, relevant examples, and journal exercises provided me with so much clarity in the boundaries I need to set in my life. I particularly enjoyed the parts about setting boundaries with friends, family and social media. I wish I had this book when I was in my early 20s! I’m so happy I found it nonetheless. Definitely recommend!

Everything I needed
wow, I have said "know your boundaries" for years but didn't know what that meant. this book was so concise and clear.
